Praegu ei ole laevnike s\u00f5nul linnas h\u00e4id v\u00f5imalusi reisijaid vedavate j\u00f5elaevade hooldamiseks.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00f6\u00f6dunud talve k\u00f5rgvee ajal pidid laevaomanikud mitu korda Karlova sadama kaisid betoonplokkidega t\u00f5stma, et veetaseme t\u00f5ustes laevad kaile ei vajuks. Laevnikud r\u00e4\u00e4givad, et vaja oleks k\u00f5rgemaid kaisid, aga ka maalappi, kus aluseid hooldada. Suveni pakkus linn v\u00e4ikse maajupi laevade hooldamiseks.<\/p>\n<p>Uue sadama detailplaneeringut asutakse peagi koostama. Selle asukohaks v\u00f5iks saada Tartu vangla tagune t\u00fchermaa.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Tulevikus saaks seal alal olla nende laevade hooldamiseks ja remontimiseks vajalik taristu. Samuti laevade hoidmiseks vajalik taristu. Tartu Emaj\u00f5gi on \u00fcha enam populaarne erinevate liiklejate seas. Nii laevaga liiklejad, aga ka erinevad sportlased j\u00f5e peal. See vajadus on v\u00e4ga suur, et oleks neid kohti nii suvel hoidmiseks kui ka talvel v\u00e4ljat\u00f5stmiseks, hoiustamiseks ja hooldamiseks,&#8221; s\u00f5nas Tartu abilinnapea Kertu Vuks.<\/p>\n<p>Lodjakojal oleks aga linna kavandatava sadama kasutamine keeruline, kuna koda asub teisel pool linna. Pahatihti on aga kevaditi veetase nii k\u00f5rge, et lodjad ei mahu sildade alt l\u00e4bi. Selleks talveks j\u00e4igi suurem lodi Suur Sume j\u00f5kke, kuid puidust lodjale ei m\u00f5ju j\u00e4\u00e4 h\u00e4sti. Seet\u00f5ttu peab hoidma laeva \u00fcmbruse j\u00e4\u00e4st vaba. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kahe plangu vahele l\u00e4heb vesi ja kui see \u00e4ra j\u00e4\u00e4tub, siis ta kipub neid planke eemale \u00fcksteisest l\u00fckkama ja kui seda juhtub talve jooksul palju kordi, siis ta v\u00f5ib need plangud \u00fcksteisest niiv\u00f5rd lahku kangutada, et kevadel, kui j\u00e4\u00e4 on l\u00e4inud, kipub laevakere p\u00e4ris palju lekkima.
