Tunamullu j\u00e4i korterite keskmine ruutmeetri hind aasta viimastel kuudel 2800 euro kanti, eelmise aasta s\u00fcgisel j\u00f5udis see \u00fcle 2900 euro piiri. K\u00fcll aga n\u00f5ustuvad ettev\u00f5tjad, et tulemusi l\u00f6rtsivad kaks teravat probleemi.<\/p>\n<p>Kinnisvarafond Baltic Horizon Fund (BHF) seisab silmitsi oma ajaloo kriitilisima hetkega. Fondi p\u00e4\u00e4stmiseks on v\u00e4lja k\u00e4idud rahakaasamine, kus fondiosakuid m\u00fc\u00fcakse varade puhasv\u00e4\u00e4rtusest ligi 80% madalama hinnaga.<\/p>\n<p>Turvalisem, kiirem ja t\u00f5husam tootmine \u2013 kas see on v\u00f5imalik?
