Just nende kombinatsioon loob k\u00f5ige tugevama kaitse terviseprobleemide vastu.<\/p>\n<p>Samal ajal r\u00f5hutavad eksperdid, et endiselt on m\u00e4\u00e4rava t\u00e4htsusega liikumise \u00fcldmaht ehk k\u00f5ige rohkem kasu toob umbes kuus tundi m\u00f5\u00f5dukat v\u00f5i kolm tundi intensiivset treeningut n\u00e4dalas. Sellest suurem koormus ei andnud uuringu p\u00f5hjal enam m\u00e4rgatavat lisakasu.
