Se concibi\u00f3 como una especie de berlina deportiva <br \/>que presum\u00eda, en su versi\u00f3n Especial 1800, de un motor capaz de ofrecer 118 caballos de potencia a 6.000 vueltas y un peso en vac\u00edo por debajo de la tonelada. Un coche creado para poder homologar los ejemplares destinados a los rallyes, de ah\u00ed que solo se produjeran 904 unidades. M\u00e1s tarde lleg\u00f3 el exclusivo R\u00e9plica (FU-11), con un chasis reforzado (inclu\u00eda jaula antivuelco de serie), protecci\u00f3n para el c\u00e1rter y un propulsor de 135 CV.
