Foto: @PGATour<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Todav\u00eda no nos ha dado tiempo a recuperarnos de la <strong>intensa semana<\/strong> que vivimos en <strong>Bethpage Black<\/strong> y ya han comenzado los <strong>rumores<\/strong> alrededor de ambos equipos. \u00bfHabr\u00e1 <strong>relevo<\/strong> en el bando americano? \u00bfApostar\u00e1 Europa por la <strong>tercera capitan\u00eda<\/strong> de <strong>Luke Donald<\/strong> como premio a su grand\u00edsimo trabajo en Nueva York? Muchas son las <strong>preguntas<\/strong> y pocas las <strong>certezas<\/strong> ahora mismo. Lo que s\u00ed que tenemos que tener claro es qui\u00e9n no ocupar\u00e1 el puesto de mando del <strong>Team USA<\/strong> en <strong>Adare Manor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y es que <strong>Phil Mickelson<\/strong> ha descartado formar parte del combinado americano en el futuro; una decisi\u00f3n que <strong>no gustar\u00e1<\/strong> a sus seguidores pero que es el resultado l\u00f3gico de su progresivo <strong>distanciamiento<\/strong> del <strong>PGA Tour<\/strong> tras tomar el camino de la <strong>LIV Golf League<\/strong>. El zurdo de San Diego, que fue <strong>vicecapit\u00e1n<\/strong> durante la edici\u00f3n de <strong>2021<\/strong> en <strong>Whistling Straits<\/strong>; ten\u00eda todas las papeletas para acabar ocupando el cargo, pero sus opciones se han reducido al <strong>m\u00ednimo<\/strong> pese a su <strong>excelsa trayectoria<\/strong> en la competici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Lefty<\/strong> ha estado en <strong>doce ediciones<\/strong> en las que sum\u00f3 un total de <strong>veinti\u00fan puntos y medio<\/strong> en los cuarenta y siete enfrentamientos, pero ha preferido hacer borr\u00f3n y cuenta nueva pese al dolor que le produce que su pa\u00eds haya ca\u00eddo en <strong>nueve<\/strong> de las doce \u00faltimas ediciones de la competici\u00f3n. \u201cNo quiero rumores. Mi participaci\u00f3n en la <strong>Ryder Cup<\/strong> ha concluido. Estoy feliz de ser un <strong>espectador<\/strong> m\u00e1s y de animar al <strong>equipo estadounidense<\/strong> desde casa\u201d; se\u00f1al\u00f3 <strong>Mickelson<\/strong> en redes sociales a la pregunta <strong>de Lee Westwood<\/strong> de si le apetecer\u00eda asumir el mando del conjunto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una respuesta que reduce el abanico de opciones; y que vuelve a situar el nombre de <strong>Tiger Woods<\/strong> sobre la mesa.
