La participaci\u00f3n se articula mediante acciones (1,297%) e instrumentos financieros (4,506%), seg\u00fan los documentos publicados por la <strong>Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la firma<strong> Davidson Kempner Capital Management <\/strong>ha declarado el control sobre el 1,013% del capital a trav\u00e9s de instrumentos financieros para su fondo <strong>Davidson Kempner Multi-Strategy Master Fund<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Con estos dos movimientos recientes, el capital de Indra se encuentra repartido entre muchos accionistas relevantes.<\/p>\n<p>El accionista de control es el <strong>Gobierno espa\u00f1ol<\/strong>, que a trav\u00e9s de la <strong>SEPI<\/strong> ostenta el <strong>25,159%<\/strong> del capital.<\/p>\n<p>El segundo mayor accionista es el <strong>Grupo Escribano (EM&amp;E Group)<\/strong>, que controla el <strong>14,3%<\/strong> del capital y se encuentra negociando su <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bolsamania.com\/noticias\/empresas\/indra-estudia-ampliacion-capital-1000-millones-comprar-escribano--20953358.html\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>integraci\u00f3n total en Indra<\/strong><\/a>. En este sentido, hay que recordar que el presidente de Indra, <strong>\u00c1ngel Escribano<\/strong>, es copropietario de EM&amp;E.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el conglomerado vasco de armamento,<strong> SAPA Plasencia<\/strong>, ostenta el control sobre el 7,94% del capital.<\/p>\n<p>Otro gran inversor es <strong>Joseph Oughourlian<\/strong>, presidente de Prisa y del fondo <strong>Amber Capital<\/strong>, que controla un <strong>6,23%<\/strong> del capital.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, varias firmas de inversi\u00f3n y bancos internacionales tambi\u00e9n declaran participaciones significativas. Se trata de <strong>Goldman Sachs<\/strong> (5,4%), <strong>ING<\/strong> (5,179%) y <strong>D. E.
