En el barrio Palermo, en Teusaquillo, se levanta el Edificio HOM, un proyecto que dialoga con la memoria arquitect\u00f3nica de la zona. Con su herencia victoriana y sus fachadas de ladrillo, este sector de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.archdaily.cl\/cl\/tag\/bogota\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Bogot\u00e1<\/a> evoca el esplendor moderno de mediados del siglo XX. Los niveles superiores se rigen por tres premisas: eficiencia espacial, materialidad austera con concreto a la vista, granito fundido y tonos terrosos, y la luz natural como elemento central que amplifica y dignifica cada ambiente.
