Ha sido en el <strong>FedEx St. Jude Championship<\/strong>, el primero de los eventos de los <strong>PlayOff<\/strong>, y despu\u00e9s de una <strong>muerte s\u00fabita<\/strong> que se acab\u00f3 decidiendo en la <strong>tercera bandera<\/strong> gracias a un <strong>birdie<\/strong> del ingl\u00e9s que le permite llegar a la <strong>docena<\/strong> de victoria en Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El brit\u00e1nico, de <strong>45 a\u00f1os<\/strong>, demostr\u00f3 este domingo por qu\u00e9 ha sido en los \u00faltimos lustros un <strong>fijo<\/strong> de los <strong>mejores eventos<\/strong> del mundo. De hecho, poco le import\u00f3 que saliera de la primera parte del recorrido con un resultado en <strong>positivo<\/strong> como consecuencia de <strong>dos bogeys<\/strong> y un solitario <strong>birdie<\/strong>. El jugador europeo no se rindi\u00f3 en ning\u00fan momento y, pese a mantener el resultado tras el binomio <strong>acierto-error<\/strong> en el <strong>10<\/strong> y el <strong>12<\/strong>, todo <strong>cambi\u00f3<\/strong> en la parte final.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Rose<\/strong> se anot\u00f3 <strong>cuatro birdies<\/strong> consecutivos del <strong>14 al 17<\/strong> con los que dio un salto en la tabla, igualando los guarismos de <strong>JJ Spaun<\/strong> (665 golpes, -16) y superando a un <strong>Scottie Scheffler<\/strong> (67 golpes, -15) que no pudo completar la remontada -aunque por momentos parec\u00eda que volver\u00eda a hacerse con la <strong>victoria<\/strong>-. El <strong>n\u00famero uno mundial<\/strong> finaliz\u00f3 el d\u00eda con <strong>cinco birdies<\/strong> y <strong>dos bogeys<\/strong> para terminar en la <strong>tercera posici\u00f3n<\/strong> igualado con un <strong>Tommy Fleetwood<\/strong> (69 golpes, -15) que volvi\u00f3 a pasear su <strong>inoperancia<\/strong> en los metros finales de un campeonato del <strong>PGA Tour<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El brit\u00e1nico, que lider\u00f3 durante <strong>buena parte<\/strong> del torneo, finaliz\u00f3 el d\u00eda con <strong>tres birdies<\/strong> y <strong>dos bogeys<\/strong> para volver a quedarse a las <strong>puertas<\/strong> del t\u00edtulo.
