Tony Iommi<\/strong>, legendario guitarrista y miembro fundador de Black Sabbath<\/strong>, ha anunciado el lanzamiento de From The Dark, su primer \u00e1lbum de estudio en solitario en 21 a\u00f1os. El disco ver\u00e1 la luz el pr\u00f3ximo 23 de octubre a trav\u00e9s de BMG y supone el esperado regreso del m\u00fasico brit\u00e1nico con un trabajo completamente nuevo tras el final de la trayectoria discogr\u00e1fica de Black Sabbath.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Para esta nueva aventura, Iommi<\/strong> ha reunido una s\u00f3lida formaci\u00f3n integrada por Jorn Lande<\/strong> a la voz, Becky Baldwin<\/strong> al bajo y Karl Brazil<\/strong> a la bater\u00eda. La producci\u00f3n vuelve a estar en manos del propio guitarrista junto a su colaborador habitual Mike Exeter<\/strong>, responsable tambi\u00e9n de algunos de los \u00faltimos trabajos de Black Sabbath.<\/strong><\/p>\n

El \u00e1lbum estar\u00e1 compuesto por ocho canciones principales, adem\u00e1s de dos temas adicionales exclusivos para determinadas ediciones. Como adelanto se ha presentado \u00abWorld Alone\u00bb, un corte que combina los inconfundibles riffs de Iommi<\/strong> con un enfoque contempor\u00e1neo y la potente interpretaci\u00f3n vocal de Jorn Lande.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sobre el proceso de creaci\u00f3n, Tony Iommi<\/strong> ha afirmado: \u00abEs un \u00e1lbum que hemos disfrutado mucho haciendo. No estamos intentando demostrar nada; simplemente es un gran disco, \u00a1y adem\u00e1s suena realmente contundente!\u00bb<\/p>\n

From The Dark ya puede reservarse en distintos formatos de CD y vinilo, y se perfila como uno de los lanzamientos m\u00e1s esperados del panorama del heavy metal en este 2026. Con este trabajo, el guitarrista vuelve a reivindicar el estilo que ayud\u00f3 a crear y que contin\u00faa influyendo a generaciones de m\u00fasicos m\u00e1s de cinco d\u00e9cadas despu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
