Die Balearen werden am Verbot neuer Ferienvermietungslizenzen<\/a> in Mehrfamilienh\u00e4usern festhalten \u2013 trotz der Warnung der Europ\u00e4ischen Union, die sich gegen das von der Landesregierung geplante Verbot stellt. Das erkl\u00e4rte Tourismusminister Jaume Bauz\u00e0 am Dienstagvormittag (24.3.) und betonte, die Balearen-Regierung werde \u201ekeinen Schritt zur\u00fcckweichen\u201c, weil diese Ma\u00dfnahme \u201eim Interesse der Gemeinschaft und der Einwohner\u201c<\/a> notwendig sei.<\/p>\n

\u201e Wir halten die Ma\u00dfnahme f\u00fcr richtig, und es wird keine neuen touristischen Lizenzen in Mehrfamilienh\u00e4usern geben. Wir werden sehen, wie weit diese Empfehlungen und Warnungen reichen, aber f\u00fcr uns ist die Sache vollkommen klar\u201c, sagte Bauz\u00e0.<\/p>\n

Der Minister f\u00fchrte weiter aus, neue Lizenzen in Mehrfamilienh\u00e4usern \u201etr\u00fcgen zur Wohnungsknappheit auf den Inseln bei\u201c und belasteten \u201edas Zusammenleben von Einwohnern und Urlaubern\u201c im selben Geb\u00e4ude. \u201eWir alle kennen die Probleme, die daraus entstehen. Wir sind \u00fcberzeugt, dass wir das Richtige getan haben \u2013 zum Wohl dieser Gemeinschaft und ihrer Bewohner. Deshalb werden wir keinen Schritt zur\u00fcckweichen\u201c, bekr\u00e4ftigte er.<\/p>\n

Die Argumente der Europ\u00e4ischen Union<\/p>\n

Zu den Gr\u00fcnden, mit denen sich die EU gegen die Ma\u00dfnahme stellt, erkl\u00e4rte Bauz\u00e0, diese hingen vor allem mit der Forderung zusammen, ein solches Verbot nur gebietsweise und nicht fl\u00e4chendeckend einzuf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n

\u201eIhr Argument daf\u00fcr, dass wir dieses Verbot nicht umsetzen sollten, lautet, dass es nach Vierteln oder Zonen geregelt werden m\u00fcsse. Wir sind jedoch der Ansicht, dass das Wohnungsproblem in dieser Region ein generelles ist<\/a>. Auf allen Balearen-Inseln gibt es Schwierigkeiten, Wohnraum zu finden. Deshalb k\u00f6nnen wir nicht zulassen, dass weitere Lizenzen in Mehrfamilienh\u00e4usern vergeben werden\u201c, sagte der Minister.<\/p>\n

Zwar m\u00fcsse man die Empfehlungen und Warnungen aus Br\u00fcssel pr\u00fcfen, so Bauz\u00e0 weiter, doch die Antwort der Balearen-Regierung werde darin bestehen, \u201edas Verbot neuer Lizenzen in Mehrfamilienh\u00e4usern zu bekr\u00e4ftigen\u201c. \/jk<\/p>\n
