In the second half of 2025, the average gas price for non-household consumers in the EU<\/a> was \u20ac6.05 per 100 Kilowatt-hours<\/a> (kWh), down from \u20ac6.60 in the first half of 2025 (-8.3%), after 1 year of stabilised prices. This article focuses on non-household consumers with an annual consumption between 10 000 gigajoules (GJ) and 100 000 GJ.\u00a0<\/p>\n

These gas prices were the highest in Sweden (\u20ac10.65 per 100 kWh), Finland (\u20ac8.63) and Germany (\u20ac7.13), and the lowest in Bulgaria (\u20ac4.14), Greece (\u20ac4.24), and Portugal and Belgium (each \u20ac4.81).\u00a0<\/p>\n

Gas prices drop in 18 EU countries<\/p>\n

In the second half of 2025, average gas prices for non-household consumers fell in most EU countries compared with the second half of 2024. The highest decreases were in Czechia (-14.6%), Hungary (-14.4%) and Greece (-12.2%).\u00a0<\/p>\n

Data show that gas prices increased in only 4 EU countries: Lithuania (+6.5%), the Netherlands (+6.3%), Romania (+3.4%) and Austria (+1.7%). In the other 4 EU countries, the prices remained relatively stable, with small variations ranging from +0.2% in Spain to -0.2% in Slovenia and Latvia, while in Germany they remained unchanged.\u00a0<\/p>\n
