Breaking Benjamin has completed work on its first album since 2018’s Ember after four years in the studio. Guitarists Jasen Rauch and Keith Wallen shared the news during an interview with Moshpit Passion at the Rock Am Ring 2026 festival in N\u00fcrburgring, Germany.<\/p>\n

“Well, the album’s done. There is [a title for it]. We are so close for everything coming out,” said Rauchi in an interview with German digital magazine Moshpit Passion<\/a>. “We’ve been recording pretty much full time four years now post-pandemic. Some of these songs we re-recorded three different times.”<\/p>\n

The band laid down the final vocal line a couple of weeks ago at a festival in America. Rauch said the group will announce the release date over the summer. Masters have been returned. Artwork tweaks are happening now.<\/p>\n

“We’re done. It’s sinking in, ’cause we see all the comments, we see all the fans [saying], just, like, ‘When’s the new album [coming out]? When’s the new album?’ And, like, trust me, we are so ready to [put it out]. We are so excited,” Wallen added.<\/p>\n

The group released “Something Wicked<\/a>” last month as a preview. Frontman Benjamin Burnley described the track as a look into the band’s influences. “We challenged ourselves especially hard on this record and on this song,” Burnley said.<\/p>\n

The Pennsylvania-based act has scored ten No. 1 mainstream rock radio hits since its 2002 debut, Saturate. The five-piece has pulled in 8.5 billion combined streams across the globe and a social media following of over 6.5 million.<\/p>\n

The band is touring Europe in June and July with support from Chevelle and Return to Dust. The run marks the group’s first overseas shows since 2017. Stops include Leipzig on June 9, Hamburg on June 15, Cologne on June 16, and Berlin on June 22. The tour winds through Eastern Europe before hitting Paris on July 7, Amsterdam on July 8, and wrapping up in London on July 17.<\/p>\n

A North American leg kicks off September 2 in Camden, New Jersey, and runs through October 24 in Bristow, Virginia.
