The overall aim is to provide the first integrated framework and toolkit for measuring cytoplasmic electricity, extending non-equilibrium physics into active electrohydrodynamics with relevance to medical strategies exploiting electric fields for tissue repair, regeneration, and cancer therapy.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"text text-block paragraph text-left neo-font-paragraph-xl-reg  yf-18d6y07\" style=\"text-decoration: none; font-style: normal; text-transform: none; text-align: inherit; font-variant-numeric: normal;\">Another project will explore how local cell\u2013cell interactions can generate robust tissue-scale organisation without central control.
