Top fantasy football roster pieces come from top fantasy football teams. When analyzing the top offenses from 2025, clear findings emerge for players entering the 2026 season, including those joining new franchises, leaving top offenses or being affected by the coaching carousel. Fantasy researcher Joel Smyth goes through different takeaways on what teams scored the most fantasy points last season and where they came from.

Oftentimes, picking a team’s success is easier than predicting a player’s success. If you’re able to find players on teams with offenses that are projected to improve heavily in a single offseason (or the opposite — teams projected to get worse), values begin to appear.
CIN – After scoring the eighth-most fantasy points in 2025, the Bengals offense, which is built to score fantasy points with their heavy passing volume, can be dominant with a healthy Burrow once again in 2026.
SEA – The Super Bowl winning offense that scored the ninth-most fantasy points in 2025 loses its key playcaller, Klint Kubiak.
ARI – In early projections for next season, no team is projected for a larger drop-off, with the Cardinals expected to rank 27th in fantasy points in 2026. How much of the garbage-time production sticks under new coaching?
BAL – After losing Lamar Jackson and ranking 22nd in fantasy points, Baltimore should bounce back to above average, potentially with a more fantasy-friendly style under new offensive coordinator Declan Doyle.
PHI – Philly was a top fantasy offense annually before 2025. With Kevin Patullo out as playcaller and no A.J. Brown, the stars left in Philly can benefit from a substantial offensive bounce-back.
WAS – In early projections for next season, no team is projected for a larger increase in fantasy points. Opposite of Arizona, the Commanders are set up for a big bounce-back with Jayden Daniels healthy.

The question that comes with the offenses as a whole is what sticks year to year. Who can get crushed by an offense regressing, and who can shine on a growing team?
