Brexit has been an unmitigated disaster from the start. Wrought on us by Russian money weaponising the most ignorant and uneducated members of our society.
Just fucking rejoin, or resign so a bolder leader can do it.
Edit: If this is getting down voted bc you think this is somehow a right-wing comment and I’m batting for Farage or the Tories you have very poor reading comprehension.
Edit 2: Also if you downvoted bc you voted Brexit and I’m calling you stupid, then I completely stand by my evidence based statement.
We had so much time to do trade deals but yet we chose not to do them so then we can rejoin back to the EU. It’s ridiculous. We don’t need to be an EU. We just need to make more deals with other countries but unfortunately our politicians do not have anything to offer in a trade deal because we are not building anything. We are not producing anything therefore the only thing they can offer would be land and they know that would be a disaster.
Who’d have thunk we’d have been better off staying in the EU, eh?
If only there was a way you could be part of the EU…..
Just so we are clear – the Labour government are basically enacting the Greens’ policy (closer EU relationship because US makes NATO unreliable) which is the policy that just a few short months ago they were ridiculing.
Good the EU has been hard at work on electricity prices including implementing a “Supergrid”
