Luxembourg housing in 2026: €1M listings with no real pictures, no energy class, and “renovation on request”. Are agencies still adding value, or are we basically building walls or doing the research ourselves anyway? Genuinely asking.

  1. This is horrible, so you don’t even get a picture of the actual place.. only “3D rendering” lmao

  2. fuck that shit, all my homies hate agents immobiliers

  3. Immotop should allow visitors to add comments to listings. Then we’d all be able to call these guys out.

  4. Not a consolation, but a trend across Europe. Was looking at houses in Italy (dreaming of future retirement…) and came across the same rendered pics for 5 different properties in the same city…

I hope people who can actually buy, give those scammy agencies the filth before paying a dime.

  5. Just moved out of a rented apartment. The woman of the agency came one evening when were were moving out, dark outside, big mess inside. I was concerned the pictures would be crap, she wasn’t.
I’ve just seen the ad posted at athome, looks like an IKEA commercial, all furnished and looking great. AI is definitely worth it for these guys.
Now I need to say that besides a door that somehow became a window in the process, the result is not unattainable, just the furniture and the lightning aren’t there. But I don’t think anyone things they are…
