I’m applying to the UXM (User Experience Management) Master at TH Ingolstadt.
My Bachelor is considered 180 ECTS, so they require 30 additional ECTS. They allow work experience to be converted into ECTS if it is at least 20 weeks.
I uploaded my 6-month UX Research internship certificate. It has:
• exact dates
• company stamp
• signature
• job title
But the portal tooltip says the certificate must also list **detailed tasks**, otherwise it will be rejected for ECTS transfer.
This feels strange to me because internship certificates in my country normally don’t list tasks, only duration and role.
