Ok so a while back i have posted here regarding slow and unstable internet and after sending the inquiry a while back i have finally gotten an response

However this is leaving me somewhat confused

While the Bundesnetzagentur has told me that feeder line extensions isnt planned,when i called vodafone regarding the construction work of an said feeder line they said they were doing it so now i am really confused
(i still got an vodafone support ticket opened regarding this aswell,but their vague response to the ticket is "consturction work" since 7th of november 2025 )

What do i even do now?

Yes,i am aware i can cancle the contract throu them however i do not have any other alternatives here which would make any sense for what i need (online content creation)

Is there anything else i can do now because i have been told 2 diferent types of answers from Vodafone and from Bundesnetzagentur?

  1. Do you got that in writing that Vodafone will modernize your line within the next 4 to 6 weeks? Dont be so naive…

  2. Actually that response you got is written by Vodafone, so do you actually have two different statements by them in writing? Just shows more how much of a mess this place is.

    In the screenshot, Vodafone offers you a reduced rate or early cancellation, so I would insist on one of these options.

  3. Do not trust them with the construction, it will take ages. I was in the same situation while my internet was going trough O2 they are renting cable connection from Vodafone. After 5th technician they finally acknowledge that the line is overloaded and they can’t do anything for next few months until node state is improved. If you have the option to leave this contract do so. If you do not have access to Fiber connection just choose the fastest DSL connection possible. At least with this you can be sure it will be stable and if you are using your PC or whatever device to play games you gonna be at peace with this. Do not sign any other Cable contract it works fine until it doesn’t and then you are out of luck.
