  1. Don’t want it, they can keep their chaos overseas! 😅

  2. Vinland is most likely Newfoundland Canada. It is uncertain whether there was a Norse settlement in what is now the United States.

  3. If we got the choice to have USA, my initial thought would be no.

  4. While true that the vikings did in fact discover Vinland, Vinland is modern day Nova scotia and possibly Newfoundland and Labrador in Canada. And as a Canadian currently in Norway, jeg spør deg å ta hjemlandet mitt, takk.

  5. I think you forgot about native Americans being there for thousand of years earlier

  6. New atlases in 2026 will have the Gulf of Norway south of USA!

  7. Not sure you thought this through, lest start with something simple, healthcare, you want to bring the socialised healthcare model to the US ….. 😳 you’d bankrupt yourself. Probably best to leave them alone for another 6 months, treat it like a leprosy colony and once the ‘disease’ has run its course, then you go in and repopulate it. That’d be best 🤣

  8. I knew, if we’re going by Wilsonian ideals it belongs to iceland until a referendum could be held.

Also it would be Canada not the continental US.

  9. no they did not. theres been ppl living there for thousands of years. no one discovered shit.

  10. Norway had a boat there, but Denmark had a boat there as well

  11. Please, replace the Monroe/Donroe Doctrine with the Viking Doctrine!

  12. As an American I’m cool with this happening😀 just bring your healthcare and metal music!

  13. His dad Eric the Red had established a kind of independent pirate kingdom in Greenland. So if anything, America belongs to Greenland.

  14. Hvad vil I gøre med alle Maggots?
    Hvad gør man ved dem?
Danmark står skulder ved skulder når vi tager Vinland tilbage til jer.

  15. I also have to say that Erik father of Leif that discovered Vinland was expelled from Norway and later expelled from Iceland and became a Greenlander. So not Norway, Greenland was the first to discover Vinland, if you don’t count the natives.

  16. It’s not what you found, but what you can defend. Force Doctrine.
