On a 2 year old development in Espoo, took pic today. This is at ground level about 1.8m off the floor
Top hole had a lock
Middle had that rubber thing, was a bit loose but being sensible in my old age I didn't see if it would come off
Bottom hole jad what appeared to be sprung pins for a compressed air connection.
Wondering what they are for.
