I live in a shared apartment with the owner and his girlfriend, and she has been trying to bully me into moving out for months. Could I get into legal trouble for sending a message like this?
I live extremely considerately and have never had problems with roommates—until she moved in. For months she has been sending me criticism about how I clean the apartment and how loud I am, even though she herself trashes the apartment, screams and cries, and slams doors.
I want to send this message and then block her. Could this make me criminally liable?

Why would you do that?
Should not be a legal issue, if you don’t make it public.
But the message itself sounds like pre school nevertheless.
How is an AI answer solving anything? I get that you try to defend yourself somehow but this is not the way. I got the feeling that you shouldn’t say something at all. If you are scared then you can visit a police station and talk to someone to get a little insight on the situation. If you want to sue them, talk to a lawyer. Or talk to your roommate about this. But I wouldn’t argue anymore, it wouldn’t stop anyway.
