Whats the deal with Eugenijus Ostapenko?

Hi, i want to preface my post stating that im not lithuanian and i dont speak the language. Five years ago i stumbled upon this guy and i like a couple of the guy's songs so i did some research, didnt come up with much cuz of the language barrier, but i know that he died and that he likes bicycles. Yesterday i went to his Spotify page but it was defiled, whats the deal with that? Do you guys hate him? why did he like bicycles so much? why would someone hijack his spotify? Hope im not breaking any rules, because i really want to know about this guy one hundred percent seriously.
