Hello mates!
I want to smoke a hookah inside my apartment, but I’m worried that the smoke can trigger the fire alarm. Is it a good idea to cover it by plastic bag on the top? I live in a new building, please see the photo. Thank you for any advices 🙂

following. In apartment it is smart detector. If is remove from socket, the people would know that is removed.
Isnt it possible to switvh off, if it beeps, or maybe keep the windows open when you do. I believe not everyone is irritated by the smell of hookah.
Just unscrew the smoke detector. They most likely twist off. Then put it back on when you’re done.
You can try to cover it up with some sort off container and tape it airtight.
How about you aren’t an arsehole who disables critical communal safety equipment… There’s a reason why covered smoke alarms can be a reason for instant eviction in some places…
Go outside. Bring a coat if it’s cold.
