A death such as this has been predicted for ages and it seems that little has been done to reduce the likelihood of it happening.
The way the world is run is badly flawed, whether it’s protestors being shot by authorities or a young girl dying because in this country there’s an unchallenged and unpunishable culture of lawlessness from certain cohorts.
You buy a TV & someone can call to your door & fine you. Garda cars can identify untaxed cars simply by driving behind them & then pulling them over but we can’t seem to stop teenagers tearing around on scooters & similar, selling drugs, terrorising people and killing innocent kids

It seemed like she had a really big support network around her, I really hope the garda and the legal system listen before more innocent lives are lost. RIP Grace xxx
Aren’t a lot of dealers buying these bikes for the younger lads to act as drug mules too?
Either way, guards need more support to handle these and take them.

Folks if nobody is enforcing any of this stuff these animals will just continue doing what they want, and will multiply. We’ll be here again in a couple years with another tragedy, with another Garda review story stating that there’s little appetite for performing standard duties. Yes, dear God yes there has to be legal precedent and powers to do something with the case. But it requires both
