That the officer had secretly recorded the sex encounter that turned into a rape, had it played at ***the victim’s*** trial hoping it would exonerate him, **and** the CPS still backing themselves, is absolutely disgusting.
Obviously not a lawyer but I’m surprised him recording it without her knowledge or consent was legal?
Can’t believe the CPS took her to court based on a recording they didn’t even listen to correctly.
Too busy falling over themselves to help their Police friends.
