
Ok so, I have this travel to February (which cannot be cancelled) and since the new years I noticed some problems with this train I bought. They change a lot of things, I even checked last weeknd with my boyfriend and the first train was not even supposed to go to a specific city, which I would have to make a connection. Today I checked on the app again and this appeared, I talked to my bf and made a small research in google and on my ticket it says that I can pick another alternative to get to my destination. I want to know how it exactly works, I am not from here so this whole situation is making me kinda nervous – on the day of the travel, I pick another alternative on the app or simply enter an ICE and show my ticket (the old one, they are not giving me the option of receiving my money back) – in this first option, where should appear to pick another alternative?
