This is MaSzyna (Polish for Machine) a railway simulator by a collection of devs under the group name "eu07 . pl" – a sim dating all the way back to the early 2000's and still continues development to this day.
While the game has obviously been around for a while, its only recently released on steam. To my shock, this train sim does what a lot of other only wish to do, with no frills and other BS – just pure train sim sounds, physics, content and playability.
