  1. Is this a new feature? Can’t say I’m even remotely surprised given the avalanche of data already surfaced about the origin of these groups. The link to a map of IPAS centres feels … _chilling_ in that “we’re just leaving it there” kinda way.

  2. Irish PPSNs are issued all the time for non-resident beneficiaries and for employment and tax reasons. They have nothing to do with his argument.

  3. There’s a whole load of grifters who often portray themselves as European white who actually turn out to be from Asia/India.

(There’s also Ian Miles Cheong who doesn’t even bother pretending but tweets like he lives in Kansas while he actually lives in Malaysia.)

  4. Our own wannabe politicians aim for people who don’t even live here.

The likes of Derek Blighe talks about the Irish Parliament where most of us just say the Dáil. He is not aiming for any funding from us

  5. PPS numbers are a terrible metric to track immigration by. It’s basically just a metric of how many people registered to pay taxes here, even if they only stayed for a couple of years, or if they’re not actually living here but have a business set up.

  6. The tech bro billionaires know that the only thing that can get in their way is democratic power wielded by elected lawmakers. Hence the undermining of the state in the US and the use of the social media and AI they control to undermine democracy around the world.
