  1. the worst part is people’s cruelty, treating you like a less of a person because of something you did not choose

  2. Fake or will regret in a year. Just because i am loseing all my hair in 20 I should get the best parking spots? I dont feel great about it but the hair is not the problem its how i look at it. Or will bold people be put in mental hospitals? Jokes aside I feel like I should get a free winter hat every 3-5 years.

  3. I’ve been bald af since I was 26 or so and at no time has it ever impacted my happiness, my ability to do anything, or anyone’s reaction to me that I care about.

    I mean ffs.

  4. I’m going to hazard a guess and I may not be a fancy southern lawyer. . . .but I’m going to guess the very Judge in this ruling has had a life long stain on his very self and is in fact bald

  5. All the guys in the comments saying there is no problems with going bald without offering balling women, and the stigma that brings, a single thought.

  6. Had a mate in the 80s who was completely bald. No body hair at all (so his girlfriend told us).

He said it was great – people tended to give him a wide berth in clubs/pubs.

  7. Over 50% of men over 50 suffer pattern baldness. It’s not a disability.

Not having both legs is a disability. Having partial hair loss is not. A judge should know the difference.

  8. Note, that this is in the context of wigs for women.

I guess in our society it is a lot easier for men to deal with baldness than for women.

  9. but pads and tampons are still taxed as luxury items

  10. Just for women. Baldness is a disability for women. It’s repeated in the article multiple times, but not in the title.

  11. This is simply to do with certain items being tax exempt due to being disability aids.

People clearly arent reading the article before commenting. Its also predominantly to do with women and hair loss.

  12. People reading the title and not the article, our favourite Reddit comment combos.

  13. At the time I’m writing this comment, there are 22 comments on this post, only one of whom has actually read the article.

  14. People on reddit really can’t read the article before commenting. This ruling only rules that severe baldness is a disability for WOMEN. Not that every bald guy is now disabled.
