Basically the title. It can get too dry at night with it on, but when I turn it off it sometimes gets too hot.
Also, should the bedroom door be closed or open, and in which scenario? Just trying to improve my sleep, thanks!

get a humidifier? I wouldn’t turn it off bc new buildings are airtight and relies on ventilation system to have air circulatiob
if i had to guess id probably slide the bottom selector to the fan (right side) and see what happens.
