I was posting something in a large padded envelope. The screen gave me 3 options: large envelope, packet, parcel.
No dimensions, descriptions, nothing to help me figure out whether this was deemed a large envelope or a packet or a parcel.
Went to their website and it's all explained there: it's a packet.
This machine has a screen. Why don't they include the same info there?
I thought about giving them feedback but preferred to rant here. Rant over.

Wtf is this contraption
I tried using one on Saturday. I was posting a padded envelope with maybe 50 grams of weight in it. It was too light and didn’t register on the scales so ended up having to queue anyway. Complete waste of time.
Does it dispense cash as well?
If I had to bet it’s a simple COTS application with minimal config. Colours. Values. Button labels. That’s it.
It’s embedded into the machines and replacing it would require replacing the machine.
It’s no different than most ATMs.
