This no caller id rang me and it hung up insantly and then rang a second time and it started saying something in french. It sounded like a real person but i knew it wasnt and it was waiting for me to respond and it kept re- clarifying what it was saying. Does anyone else have this???

  1. Not right now but a few months ago I always had someone with a surpessed number call me every weekday at exactly 10:32. If I picked up, nothing happened and it hung up immediately

  2. I had a no caller ID call that started a voice recording along the lines of “the international court of justice has an arrest warrant…” 

    I think that you accidentally got further. A few months back someone wrote that when you decline the call, the scammers’ system autodials you with the phone number being shown (although yours is still weird)
