

A few years ago i visited Krčma na Zelenej in Bratislava and had some great food that was served with this red purée. I think it was red cabbage but not too sure, I remember it being a little sweet. It was delicious and I would love to recreate it but I cannot figure out what it is. It doesn’t seem to be served at Krčma na Zelenej anymore and I can’t find any trace of it on their website or google reviews. Help would be appreciated, TIA.

I think that’s duck with potsto dumplings and red cabbage. We dont normally do puree from cabbage, so i think that was their kitchen’s choice.

I didnt check the recipe in details, but it gives you at least an idea. And either potato dumplings or lokša are great options as a side.
