I’m hoping to get some honest feedback on my CV, especially from people familiar with German or EU hiring standards, and ideally anyone working in pharma or other regulated industries.
A bit of context: I don’t actually have a lot of experience with job hunting or polishing CVs. I was lucky enough to be at the right place at the right time and landed roles in well-reputed multinational companies pretty early, so I didn’t go through many formal application cycles i.e. I went through 3 cycles and got the job each time.
Now that I’m properly entering the job market (in Germany/EU), I’d really value some outside perspective. So I would also appreciate tips to persevere through this process.
- Does this CV fit German/EU expectations?
- Anything that stands out as weak, unclear, or “non-EU style”?
- How competitive does this look for pharma quality/compliance roles?
- What would you change if this were your CV?
