3. Well if that’s the goal then just let Russia keep throwing 50k men a month into the grinder. Eventually they’ll have to start pulling in the boys who have been raping and pillaging in the frontiers.

4. I think this has been in the minds of European negotiators for many years now, in the case of Russia economically collapsing – a general rule that Russian troops cannot be deployed outside of Russia. Not just in Ukraine, but anywhere.

   Interesting to see the thoughts begin to translate into words, though.
