Is it normal for the stadtwerke to send a “preisannpassungschreiben” in the new year?

With only warm water and heat going up in price.

I’ve had more problems with this provider. They seem to scam more people when I read the Google reviews. I can’t go to another provider.

Is it this normal? Thanks in advance.

  1. Pretty normal for most Fernwärme providers. CO2 charges increased (as every year) so the adjusted the prices.
