Due to certain reasons (which I do not wish to disclose at the moment), I had to complete an internship at a hospital in my home country.
I was asked to prepare the certificate myself. In the two places marked below, I initially wrote the word “Internship.” However, the manager informed me that he would not sign the certificate if the word “Internship” was used. Therefore, he instructed the computer operator to replace it with “Training.”
Unfortunately, the computer operator replaced the word in only one place and left the other place as it was ( with internship) .
Going back to them may create unnecessary complications, and revisiting the hospital is my last possible option.
My question is: since I plan to include this experience in my CV, if the German embassy later requests to see this certificate, could this cause any problems? Could my application be rejected, or could there be any negative consequences because of this inconsistency?
Additionally, I would like to know whether this difference in terminology (Training vs. Internship) is considered normal in Germany, or if it is viewed differently.
I kindly request a correct and honest answer, as I have reached this stage after a great deal of hard work.
