Which piece is which?

I am building a schuhschrank from XxxLutz and I am confused in which part would be O2 and which is O3?

One clamp is hollow and one has a steel cylinder inside. The one with the steel cylinder would be the Dämpfung one in my opinion but nothing on Google helps.

Anyone here can help me out ?
