Looking for a news article a family member appeared in – September 1999

Hello everyone, I'm looking for a newspaper page/article a family member appeared in.

Long story short: this family member was an Italian reporter/photographer who travelled to Iceland in september 1999 on a sponsored trip, aimed to promote Iceland travels in Italy. At the time it was celebrated reaching more than 6000 Italian tourists in Iceland in 1998.

The travel happened between September 6 and 26 1999. This person remembers he and his photographer collague appeared in a newspaper during the days of their stay, and that they probably were on the front page or showed in the main picture of an article. The name of the reporter was Massimo Cappon. They were in Reykjavik around the end of the trip (possibly after September 20th).

I searched on Tímarit.is all the newspapers available for those days but I had no luck so far. I tried searching for keywords, but in Icelandic it seemed quite difficult to find useful results.
