I was out for a short morning walk when I came across this view, Yes, it’s a poor neighborhood in my city, but you can clearly see how grateful and proud the shop owners are of the flag.
It reminded me of how, since I was a child, my parents, family, and friends have often talked about German culture and the strength of its economy and industry.
