
I ordered a patch online with the "alpenflage" camouflage from a German company. However, I was disappointed to see that the colours were completely off when I opened the package. Under normal lighting, the green is almost the same shade as the black, and the red is very similar to the orange background, which itself is supposed to be a more beige colour. I tried to reach out to them, but they stopped responding after I replied to the email in the image with a comparison of what the patch looked like on the website vs. what the patch that I received looked like.
Is there anything I can do? I can't imagine that submitting another contact form will get me anywhere, and my German isn't passable enough to hold a conversation about something like this.

What do you want to do? You can get you money back, get a replacement (won’t be clever in this case) or an alternative provided by the seller if you’re not happy with the product..
