Finally got around to tasting the legendary Westvleteren 12 in no other than my Fourchette glass (sorry, again…). I love how smooth it feels despite its ABV. I also definitely tasted the chocolate in it. Very nice experience overall, keep the recommendations coming!

5. **Saison Dupont** (ook in Bio versie): relatief licht, fruitig en fris. Een saison was een biersoort speciaal ontwikkeld om te drinken tijdens het werk op het veld, dus ook meer iets voor na een warme zomerdag.

   In tegenstelling to veel bieren die worden omschreven als fris en fruitig, is bij deze de hop niet te sterk aanwezig zoals bij een IPA.

   If you want to make it part of a **day trip**, I recommend the **Misery Beer Co.** micro brewery, loved their beers, make sure you have arranged accommodations and or transportation, because you won’t want to drive and its’s in a rural area.
