Are these ‘bag type’ roof carriers legal on Swiss roads?

I can’t find anything specific in the legislation and TCS isn’t specific. Anyone have experience? Can give advice? Thanks a lot!

If relevant I’ll be looking to take roads starting from Zurich to Geneva and later on to France.
