  1. Is this one a genuine donation, or can we look forward to further revelations in the coming days?

  2. >Rupert Lowe, the party’s leader, announced the two £250,000 gifts from Cambridge-based software entrepreneur Simon Galbraith on X on Tuesday.

    >Galbraith co-founded database management company Redgate Software, which was sold to US private equity firm Bregal Sagemount this year. He remains non-executive chair of the company, which says it provides “database management solutions” to 92 per cent of Fortune 100 companies.

It’s always selling out to US private equity or crypto isn’t it?

  3. I wonder what what all these wealthy businessmen stand to gain from getting Restore elected…. makes you wonder.

  4. This is a really interesting one. A British tech entrepreneur whose last donations went to… lib Dems and now restore. That’s a radical shift by any means I would think.
