We used to do these in school and no police or BBC was involved
Just expressing legitimate concerns etc. Nothing to see here. Protect our women and kids (just not these ones).
And I’m sure we’ll find a way of blaming immigrants for this one too.
That’s disgusting. That little boy is 6 years old. I’ve noticed older kids/teenagers are pretty nasty nowadays. There is a couple of 10yo boys that go to the park local to me and terrorise all the little kids there. They tried to attack my then 1yo son and go in my pram where my baby daughter was, then proceeded to hurl abuse at me and call me awful names when I came to my children’s defence. All the other mothers standing around said absolutely nothing. Kids who act like this should know they will have real repercussions. A group of teens frequently go on and racially abuse the man in the local corner shop. Nothing happens to any of them. So they keep doing it. Actions need consequences.
honestly thats just sickening that a kid cant even go to the park without some little twat doing that to him. bet the parents of the ones who did it will be all ‘not my angel’ though. seen it happen so many times where teens get away with this stuff cos nobody wants to make a scene. until something properly serious goes down and then everyone acts shocked.
More energy into that investigation than into protecting people from rapists & stabbings i guess
Not really something that I would consider a national news item.
Kids always are horrible and do stupid shit.
>The force said it was treating the “racially aggravated assault” in Harpers Lane as a “hate crime”.
I wonder what the fallout for this is going to be, you can get up to 7 year for racially aggravated assault..
More things like this happening. Ne-er-do-wells feel emboldened now.
It will probably get worse before it hopefully gets better. Reform and Restore have brought racism back into the spotlight. There are no consequences for bad, racist or criminal behaviour caught in this country.
Is there information on what’s actually happened here?
Not sure if I’m just stupid but the link doesn’t seem to give much detail as to what was written or from what I could tell how it came about (i.e. was it a forced attack, stupid kids not understanding, etc.)?
Lot of definitely normal people in here acting like this is just something that happens.
What’s the point of bbc news if they don’t actually tell / show / explain what happened.
Police take stuff like more seriously and care more than they did for years with the “Asian” grooming gangs
Yeah but the UK has become too tolerant. To a point where parents can’t disciple their child…otherwise it’s child abuse. They (kids) go out, do stupid stuff like this. And you wonder why the country has let their youth down.
