   They spelled it pretty clearly and he acknowledged it multiple times. Bang for buck.

   Never figured it out? Didn’t send an internal memo to his compliance team to check it out? Self report the harm to the Electoral commission?

   Or when the 500k was mentioned, and him stating dead pan (not inquisitively) that it’s above board, did he then ask his team to vet them? Just thanking them and forgetting about it? If no, that’s pretty awful too.

   We pretty much lost a prime minister due to a huge amount of pressure on the lack of complete vetting on Peter Mandleson amongst other ‘incurioisities’.
