Hey folks, I am looking for recommendations in Tallinn for a barber or salon that knows how to cut men's 3B curly hair (see the reddit link to what it looks like unstyled (not me))
i have had mixed experience when taking a leap of faith at high street salons who mostly work with straight hair or barbers specialising in afro textures.
Hoping to find someone is more than just give a fade and hope for the best in scissoring the top. I like to keep my hair at the top shortish like the reference link with a mid fade on side and back.
I usually take word of mouth or personal recommendations as my main source of finding where to get a haircut from ppl who have similar textures (I have no social media so cannot do a due diligence on it).
