i noticed my house has these small holes along a line of bricks on the outside wall of my house?

coincidently, we have a koudebrug on the inside at exact that place. is this the culprit?

  7. Seem ordinary drill holes. Maybe there used to hang a roller shutter or screen above the window or maybe for a construction for a porch. Or maybe for electric cables for lighting.

    I would mortar it shut.

    “Open stootvoeg voor luchtspouw” would be a vertical slot hole along the height of a brick.
