  1. I support the devs.

    I see a lot of people blaming the devs for the quality of the games, their lack of talent, etc…

    But it takes skilled people to make the games they make, the problem is not the devs, it’s the management and those who take the decisions. The devs are just executing orders and doing exactly what they’re asked to. And they do it well.

    Also during covid lockdowns Ubisoft France allowed its employees to go full remote and move hundreds of kilometers away from Paris.

    Now they want to force them back in Paris so that they have no other choice than quitting the company without getting the legal compensation they should have.

    Super sketchy practices.
