Yesterday he was tortured in Lukashenka’s prison. Today he’s in Kyiv helping Ukrainians. Aliaksei Kaplich – one of Belarus’s youngest former political prisoners, deported by the regime – is now volunteering at a Belarusian aid hub. He is a Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya’s relative.
